1. Acceptance

By using WorldSay you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Who we are

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your country) and old enough to enter into a binding contract. If you are under the age of majority, you may use WorldSay only with the involvement of a parent or guardian.

4. Your account

Provide accurate information, keep your password secure, and use one account per person. You are responsible for activity carried out under your account. We may suspend or ban accounts that break these Terms.

5. What you may post

Sentences are limited to 120 Unicode characters and may be published up to three times per UTC day; comments are limited to 200 characters. Content is public. You must not post content that is unlawful; hateful or discriminatory; harassing or threatening; sexually explicit or exploitative; violent; spam, scams or advertising; malware or phishing; other people’s private information; or that infringes the rights of others. Links are not permitted in sentences.

6. Your content and licence

You keep ownership of what you write. By publishing, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce, display and distribute your content, and to let others view and share it, for as long as needed to operate the service. You confirm that you have the rights needed to publish it.

7. Moderation

We may hide, delete or restore content and may warn, suspend or ban users at our discretion, and we record moderation decisions. We are not obliged to monitor all content.

8. Ranking and Momentum

Ranking, momentum and decay are produced by our servers and may change continuously. Echoes do not add points. We may adjust or rebalance the rules at any time.

9. Optional paid features (Boosts)

Boosts are optional, time-limited features that increase the rate at which points are generated. They increase the generation rate only. They never guarantee any rank or position, do not stack beyond the maximum multiplier, and cannot be transferred between users. Public pricing is indicative. Paid features are currently disabled, and no purchase can be completed.

10. Availability

We aim to keep WorldSay running, but we provide it “as is” and “as available” without warranties. We may change, suspend or discontinue features.

11. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the previous twelve months (or to zero if you paid nothing). Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be excluded by law.

12. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your content or from your breach of these Terms.

13. Termination

You may stop using the service at any time and may request deletion of your account. We may terminate access if these Terms are breached.

14. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of [GOVERNING LAW / JURISDICTION], without affecting mandatory consumer protections available to you in your country of residence.
